Mini Session Voucher Terms & Conditions

By completing your voucher purchase, you agree to the following:

The Mini Session Voucher is $149 and includes one outfit.
You may add up to two additional outfits for $49 each. All outfits must be provided by you.
Vouchers are valid for one (1) Mini Session only. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Digital images, prints, and products are not included in the voucher.

After purchase, you will receive an email to select your session date and time.
You must select your date and time within 7 days. If no date is selected, your voucher will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
Once your session is scheduled, your contract will be emailed within 48 hours and must be signed within 72 hours of receipt to confirm your session.

A minimum product investment of $600 is required for all Mini Sessions.
Pre-session payment plans are mandatory and must be set up within 14 days of voucher purchase.
You may choose to pre-pay in full or use an approved payment plan provider such as PayPal Credit, Klarna, or Affirm.
Failure to set up a payment plan or make scheduled payments will result in forfeiture of your session date and any monies paid.

Sessions are held at the studio or at a designated outdoor location, as determined by the Photographer.
Hair and makeup services are not included. Please arrive ready to shoot.
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more will result in session cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Reschedules are not available for Mini Sessions.
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may apply all monies paid toward a Full Boudoir Session. This requires payment of the full session fee and is subject to current pricing and availability.
You must notify us at least 30 days before your session to be eligible for this transfer. Requests made within 30 days will result in full forfeiture.

All product selections and image purchases take place during your same-day Reveal & Ordering Appointment.
If no purchase is made at the Reveal, all payments made will be forfeited and no images will be delivered.
Only digital images purchased during the Reveal are eligible for future upgrades like albums, wall art, or additional products.
À la carte items begin at $600. Product collections begin at $1900 before discounts.
Mini Session clients receive 20% off product collections. Discounts do not apply to à la carte items.

Clients must be 18 years or older to book.
Valid photo ID is required prior to your session in accordance with 18 U.S. Code § 2257.
All vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or future promotions.
Vouchers expire if not redeemed within 7 days of purchase. No exceptions.

Full Mini Session contract will be sent to you upon selecting your session date. It must be signed electronically to confirm your booking.
