30 Over 30 Project Terms & Conditions
Project Host
This project is hosted by Klick of Katie Photography, LLC, a boudoir photography studio located in La Grande, Oregon.
Eligibility
Participation is open to women who are 30 years of age or older at the time of application. Applicants must be legal U.S. residents and must be able to travel to La Grande, Oregon for a session scheduled between July and November 2025. Proof of age and ID is required in compliance with Form 2257 age verification laws.
Employees of Klick of Katie Photography, LLC, immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Application & Selection
Applicants must complete the official 30 Over 30 application form in full and agree to all project terms. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling, first-come-first-served basis. Once 30 participants have been selected, the project will be closed.
The first 10 confirmed participants will receive a small luxury gift during their session.

What’s Included
Participants selected to take part in the 30 Over 30 project will receive:
• A full luxury boudoir session at the Klick of Katie Photography studio
• Professional hair and makeup services (included only with purchase of a product collection)
• Posing guidance throughout the session
• Professional retouching of final selected images
• A private image reveal and ordering appointment
• A two-page spread in the 30 Over 30 magazine
• One printed and one digital copy of the magazine
• The option to purchase additional magazine copies for friends or family
Booking Timeline & Requirements
• Selected applicants will have 14 days to claim their spot once notified
• A $200 non-refundable retainer and signed full client contract are required to officially book your session
• The retainer will be applied as product credit toward your final purchase
• Payment plans are mandatory and must be set up within 14 days of booking
• Sessions are held only at the Klick of Katie Photography studio in La Grande, Oregon
• A full photography contract and model release must be signed prior to the session
Session Scheduling & Format
• Clients who set up a payment plan or pre-purchase a product collection will receive hair and makeup and will be scheduled Sunday through Tuesday at 2:00 PM
• These sessions may take up to 4 hours in total (hair and makeup + session time)
• Clients who set up a payment plan or pre-purchase for a la carte products do not receive hair and makeup
• A la carte sessions are subject to rescheduling and will be moved to a Saturday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• A la carte sessions require up to 2 hours
Image Reveal & Ordering
• Image reveal and ordering appointments will be scheduled between 6 and 14 days after your session
• All product orders must be placed during the reveal appointment
• Additional ordering appointments will not be scheduled unless otherwise agreed upon
• Post session financing for upgrades will be available through Affirm, Klarna, or PayPal Credit.
• Physical products take up to 8 weeks to arrive after the order is placed.
Product Purchase & Payment
• A non-refundable $200 retainer is required to book your session. This will be applied as a credit toward your product purchase.
• Product purchase is required to participate in the 30 Over 30 project
• Participants will receive up to 30% off their product collection (discounts vary by collection tier)
• Payment plans and financing are available and required
• Payment plans must be established within 14 days of booking to maintain your session date
• Products will not be delivered until all payments are completed in full

Model Release & Anonymity
By participating in the 30 Over 30 project, you agree to be featured in the printed and digital magazine.
Images, quotes, and identifying information may be used by Klick of Katie Photography, LLC for marketing and promotional purposes including, but not limited to, social media, website, print materials, and studio samples.
If anonymity is preferred, clients may request to:
• Use initials or no name at all
• Be featured with faceless images only
• Opt out of sharing personal reflections publicly
All model release terms will be clearly outlined and signed prior to your session.
Legal Notice
This project and its terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Klick of Katie Photography, LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter any session or term due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, emergencies, or other studio-related matters.
